For example, a Seller may see a Buyer’s name and shipping address in connection with a confirmed booking. Listing information, including photos, health records, and stud descriptions, is displayed publicly on the Platform.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to FMSD and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process; protect the rights, property, or safety of FMSD, our users, or the public; or enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements.
